Pastor Emmett Moffett Sr.

Pastor Emmett E. Moffett, Sr., was born in Mobile, Alabama and now resides in the City of Fort Worth, Texas. He was raised in the church, accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord at an early age and has been groomed by the Holy Spirit.

He has served in the ministry since 1987. He received his license to preach the gospel in 1991 at Berea Baptist Church under Pastor Hossie Bell. He was licensed as an ordained minister to carry out the fullness of the gospel in every capacity without limits in May 1992. He received a certificate of completion for Old and New Testament from Mount Olive School of Divinity. He received a degree in Masterlife Discipleship to preparing men and women to know the duties and cost of being a servant of God at Berea Baptist church through Tarrant Baptist Association. August, 2006 became pastor of Love Fellowship Christian Center.

In his ministry he helped form musical groups such as Everman High School Gospel Choir (1996-1997),Harmony Aires, The Chosen Few and founder of Emmett Moffett and Triumph. He has had the pleasure of sharing stages with awesome pioneers in the musical industry, Kirk Franklin and the Family, John P. Kee, Fred Hammond, Kirk Wayland, Donald Lawrence and Tri City, Alan and Alan, Keith Wonderboy, Jackson Southernaires, The Williams Brothers, The Christian Aires, The Canton Spirituals, Kim Burrell, Yolanda Adams, and many more. Several occasions appeared on Bobby Jones Gospel show.

He is married to Lynnette R. Moffett and has three lovely children Emmanuel, Emmett, Jr. and Destiny. He is a spiritual father to many sons and daughters in the ministry.

2 Timothy 2:21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, meet for the master's use, prepared unto every good work. (ASV)
